This consultation paper sets out our proposals on the regulatory requirements for intermediaries to manage and mitigate the risks that arise from trading in an automated environment. The SFC proposes to build on the existing regulatory requirements by providing a more coherent and comprehensive set of regulatory framework for electronic trading.
